If you are a person who has been ground down to just finding a company that won’t cheat you, I totally understand. As a customer I have come too often to a “please don’t cheat me” or as important, “please know what you are doing”. I called TMC Heating & Cooling on the advice of a person who has done other work for me. When my heater went out, I called a well-known company who has been in Modesto since the ice age. They dismissed the heating interruptions as of no concern. I called another heating company and signed a contract where they would come out on weekends. My heater again went out, and...they were no where to be found on a Sunday morning. TMC Heating [& Cooling] came to the rescue acting as a unit as detectives to find the problem. Their work was timely and, in fact, beyond expectations. After a Sat. night heating loss, Tim was on the job and working toward getting the parts. Adolfo is definitely part detective searching for the right solution. Martha in the office coordinated events and their work did not stop at 5 PM. I am so very impressed with this company. Wish we had companies in other areas who are so concerned with their clients.

TMC Heating and Cooling did an excellent job fixing my AC system. The technician that came to my home is named Tim. He responded back to me quickly and was very professional. Tim had my AC system going within a hour. TMC was very reasonable with the price for the repair. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system.

Our AC went out Labor Day evening. TMC was called the following morning. They scheduled me for the next day. Adolfo, came out Wednesday morning, accessed the situation. Came back Friday morning and replaced the blower motor in a few hours. He was kind, thoughtful and friendly. He showed me the piece he replaced ( very ripped up) and left. Thank you, TMC, for your prompt and professional service.

Inquired a quote last night and Tim was fast and responsive. I noticed a leak on the top of our ceiling. The leak was coming from our furnace. He sent one of his technicians out the next day. Looks like one of our lines was clogged. They were able to fix the issue the same day. Thank you for a job well done.

TMC was awesome! They came out quickly to help care for an elderly couple (our tenants) in the hottest of heat.

They examined the A/C and saw the need for replacement. They sent us pictures to show the problem. They were very kind and professional. They even provided a temporary portable A/C to help the elderly couple during the time it took to install a new one.

When my wife and I found out our furnace needed to be replaced we were hoping that our home warranty company would take care of us. Unfortunatly the home warranty sent out subpar contractors so we went on the search for a local company. We had multiple companies come out to our place to provide us with bids/quotes.

From the onset Tim (Owner of TMC) was super professional and did not try any flashy sales tactics to swoon us one way or the other. He was down to earth and explaned everything. My furnace repair service through TMC Heating and Cooling was absolutely outstanding!! Jeremy from TMC Heating and Cooling arrived promptly on schedule. He was warm friendly attentive, professional and very thorough with his diagnosis of the problem. He first checked our Ecobee thermostat that originally notified us our furnace was not working. Once opening the furnace he knew exactly what was wrong. To confirm his suspicions he hooked up his tools which proved his diagnosis was correct. Jeremy explained in detail the problem and what was needed to resolve it. We thankfully have intermittent heat for now until the replacement part arrives. Yesss! Two days where it’s warmer outside than in - only doable with electric blankets. Follow up...within 30 minutes after leaving Jeremy gave us a follow up call to let us know the progress. Part ordered and received quickly. Jeremy returned, replaced the part and insured everything was running properly. We’ve never used this company before but from the attentiveness, understanding and efficiency of Martha who scheduled our appointment asap, to the knowledge and professionalism of Jeremy, if we need HVAC services in the future we’re calling TMC Heating & Cooling.

Our family was waiting for services through another company and waited over a month with no response. We contacted TMC Heating & Cooling, and they came quickly. Our TMC technician quickly identified the problem, and got the correct parts needed to fix the heating system. He throughly checked for any other possible problems and gave us useful preventative tips to keep our system working. This company is fairly priced and I highly recommend calling TMC first before a different company.

Very satisfied! Communication was great, installation effort ran a bit over schedule (things happen) everything was well coordinated, and then wrapped up promptly. I was without heat for two weeks with three young kids, they showed up on a Friday, got the heater element replaced and then got the AC component wrapped up the following Monday. Extremely responsive, communicated all times to show up, and very polite. Would recommend to anyone.

The two Men that came to my home, seem to be honest integrity Men, I was able to obtain one of the Men Name and his Name is Jeremy. TMC Heating & Cooling is the best HVAC company I’ve used. The owner, Tim Coranado is truly awesome. I needed duct work repairs about 4 years ago & he did that for me. Then this weekend, during a bad heat wave my a/c went out. I called him in the morning & he was out about 4 hours later. He fixed everything, and even connected existing common wires so smart thermostats could work. We subscribed to his biannual service plan he offers. His prices are great! He’s friendly and professional & his work is clean. I will continue to recommend him for all your HVAC needs.

This was the vendor that was sent out by my property management company. Super nice guys and were on time and prompt. Let me know that the system is old and most likely would need to be replaced but did a fix to get it going while the home warranty paperwork was being processed. Fast forward a week later. Air went out again as expected. What was above and beyond though was the tech came out at 8:00 in the evening to get us in because it was so hot. This was the second time I’ve had them come out to repair my old AC unit. They answer when you call, show up in the time window, and do a good honest job. Last year they replaced my AC compressor, went great. Today the thing died again, and when they checked it out it was the exact same part. However, they warranty their parts and work, so they replaced it with a new compressor and I didn’t get charged for the part or the labor, and best of all, I didn’t even have to ask them about the warranty, they did it on their own. A rare, quality, honest company.

Jeremy was on time and very professional. He found the problem and was able to fix it. Fortunately he had the parts with him and we didn’t have to wait for them to be ordered.

TMC was honest and fair. They changed one of my dampers out when another company said I needed both dampers replaced and a host of many other things. Jeremy and Tim were great they came out to my home and fixed my heater zone system problem within a day by basically only replacing one damper. I would highly recommend them again.

TMC’s crew installed a whole house fan in my home and I could not be happier! Tim was very professional and quick to respond to phone calls and questions. He even offered to submit our rebate to MID as well. We received quotes from several companies and TMC was by far the most reasonable and able to install the quickest. I messaged TMC after realizing that the heating/ac unit would not turn on in my house, no matter what setting I put it on. Same day, he was able to come and see what was going on. During this past heat wave of temperatures well over 100 degrees, our AC stopped working. I was panicked because I knew it would be difficult to get a quick response form an AC company during a heat wave, and also worried that the cost would be out of my reach. When I called TMC cooling, Tim was responsive and committed to coming out that SAME day! Even though his schedule was packed already, he made time for us, at 9:00 at night (!!!), and within an hour had diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, repaired my unit....and my house was cool by 10:00pm. He was personable, friendly, trustworthy, and affordable. Don’t worry about shopping around, just book your job with this company and you won’t be disappointed!

TMC did a remarkable job installing a whole house fan and attic fan . We met Tim and were impressed with his professionalism and with in four days the job was completed. OMG! it’s so refreshing to find an honest business owner who takes the time to thoroughly check your system and find the problem and not just throw out a high dollar amount to make a sale. I recently called TMC because my 85 year old mother’s heater kept turning off leaving her home cold, I called another business who told me it would be 695$, so I decided to get a second opinion and called Tim who was very honest, found the problem and the charge was $69 and with the maintenance plan for $192 the $69 fee was waived. I’m soooo grateful my neighbor gave me his number and even more grateful he’s an honest businessman. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know and call them for all my HVAC services.

Tim is great, he came out the following day after I called to diagnose my system and explained to me what Was wrong and what my options were. He communicated with me from the beginning to the end of my repair. I’m definitely going to refer him and TMC Heating & Cooling out to all my friends, family and even my job. My air stopped working one evening, called TMC the next morning at 8:00 am and they were here by 10:00 am to fix my air conditioner. It took Alex no time to figure out what the problem was. Alex was very professional and after replacing the part that had caused the problem, he cleaned the coils on my unit and opened a vent inside that was closed. I would highly recommend TMC and Alex to anyone having a problem with there heating or air conditioner. What nice and honest people I had the pleasure of meeting. So glad this is the company I called to fix my air conditioner. They will always be my go to company.

I requested a quote online through TMCs website and was messaged right after telling me someone would contact me soon. Within an hour I was texted by Cynthia and she was very helpful in setting up a time and a day for a quote. Tim came out and was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions about a whole house fan. I had the installation done a few days after and had Jonathon come out. He did the install of a whole house fan and an attic fan quickly and was easy to communicate with. They had to remove a hallway light to fit the vent and they rewired the 3 way switch to another light for me at no extra charge which I appreciated. They also threw in an AC service with the package and I’m a happy customer. I’ll be using them for all my heating and air conditioning needs from now on.

I decided to upgrade my 20 year old unit and requested several contractors to come out for bid. TMC was couple grand cheaper but the customer service was second to none. This guy is a small local business owner that came out and busted his but to make sure our system was installed in a timely manner. I have been in construction for over 30 years so I always make sure to have guys come and bid apples for apples. Price wise… Worth it… Customer service… Worth it. I would recommend him to all my friends.

I would recommend TMC over and over again. He had a prompt response. Our heater had quit working in the evening and had no idea what could be wrong and I needed someone to fix it promptly since my baby and wife were sick. TMC responded to my call even though it was the day before Xmas Eve. Tim was very polite and professional and he had my heater up and running in no time, he worked late into the night, and he didn’t leave until my heater was running.
